Competitive Benefits:

Up to 3 weeks of paid time off

401k plan, owner will match up to 3% of salary; after one year of employment
Unlimited flex time (flexible schedule)
Continuing AVEDA education; minimum of 2 per year
Owner supplies all AVEDA products, tools/salon supplies; excluding shears
Owner provides all marketing materials and postage (i.e.: business cards etc.,)
Salon manages all guest relations; scheduling, check-in, checkout, confirmation calls/texts, email blasts
Opportunity to purchase AVEDA styling products at *cost
Receive salon services at cost
Owner will pay commission rate on full service charge for all new guests/ promotions, even when given a discount
A *$500 hiring bonus may be awarded after 6 months of successful employment
